Power Point Point of view

Power Point was the easiest of the programs that I've been working with in class. The professor has been teaching and directing us using different programs such as power point, excel and word. power point was the easiest because I've already obtained some experience within the past. Power Point is basically information with a picture and a whole lot of animation. Power point is also kind of fun come to think of it. with all the different types of animation an individual can perform it can be a real time conserving project because of its interest. Power Point has many features like moving on to different slides containing the different styles. Using Power Point just needs extreme attention when the materials are being taught. Otherwise Power Point can be an extreme Maze.

Experiencing Excel

To be honest i'm relieved that excel is done with. Excel was the most difficult program to work on. excel contains many formulas and procedures to be completed. If it was someone who has never been on excel and decides to try it for the first time it would be as if they are lost in a pile of question marks. even though excel can come in extremely handy for resumes and calculating incomes it needs extreme practice and experience to operate excel. Working with a partner in a group to complete the excel exams wasn't much helpful due to the fact that i prefer to work alone because i focus better and seem to get things done faster and easier working alone. The exams was extremely easy but i had trouble concentrating on the second exam because i had major headache and couldn't focus on the materials or instructions given by the professor, other than that excel was kind of a mission to complete and i will not be looking forward to working with excel again but if it is necessary for a job interview or any other important task, lets just say i'm proud that my professor prepared us for excel.
